Thank you for your email. I've been stuck in a hotel room with no internet connection, but saw your Dad at a party last night and talked briefly about high-speed rail. He didn't sound very optimistic, but I've been doing some research at HBS on financing for the California project that is fairly positive. Would you prefer a call tomorrow or during the week?
