<p>Dear Robert H.</field:tenant_contact_first_name>,</p>
<p>Patterson-Schwartz Property Management offers access to a tenant portal where you can update your contact information and pay rent online.</p>
<p>Our previous online payment service through PayLease will be cancelled and online payments will only be accepted via Epayment processing service through this tenant portal. As before, the online payments will be free for use from your checking account. You have the ability to set up one-time or recurring payments.</p>
<p>Please take a moment to log into your portal and set up your payments through the new provider which is now active. They will ask for SSN and Drivers License number but these are NOT required fields.</p>
<p>TO INITIALLY SET UP YOUR PASSWORD YOU CANNOT USE A MOBILE DEVICE, you will need to use a full web browser to accept the terms of service. Once you have set up your password you can use your mobile device to make payments. </p>
