Club Pink - we will hold practice tonite. And the weather looks good. The girls played hard yesterday and showed progress in many areas. We had several nice assisted goals. And won some hard earned groundballs. However, throwing and catching continues to be our weakness. This is only corrected by more time with a stick in their hands. Please encourage even 15 minutes of wall ball or catch as frequently as possible. Every little bit helps. Many of the teams we play against practice 2 or 3 times a week. And so for any of our girls who are not playing on a school team, it is critical that they make this effort. I just received the schedule for our Holy Child play day on Saturday. It is below and attached. We play at 8:45, 9:30 and 11:00. So we are done by noon. Bring cleats, jerseys and pinnies. The fun games are for anyone who wants to play. They will have a radar gun and another surprise activity! Totally optional. All games are on the turf. It is 9v9 across the field. It should be a fun day! They will have lots of food and vendors.
