Dear 11th Grade Parents:

This is a reminder and a request for help.

Please remind your student that RSVPs are due on May 5th for the Sidwell Friends Prom. Tickets can be purchased and RSVPs dropped off at the Head of School's office.

The prom will take place on Saturday, May 14th. So technically the after prom is on May 15th. It is a Sidwell tradition that the Junior parents organize, with the help of a Student Prom Committee, the Junior-Senior Prom. To date, we have had terrific support from the Student Prom Committee and a small group of Junior parents for pre-Prom related tasks.
Thank you so much to the parents who signed up for set up and sign in at the National Press Club!

We are now seeking any and all parents to sign up for the following:

1) chaperone the post-Prom event which is being held this year at the Sidwell athletic center fr om 12:20 a.m.-2::30 a.m. and to help clean up.- 10-12 parents needed.
2) Helpers in the garage during the post prom event- 3-4 parents needed
