- China’s Response: Han Kun lawyers will share the Chinese perspective and outline important areas U.S. companies with substantial China operations should pay attention to, while also detailing what companies should do to prepare for potential inquiries from Chinese regulators.

- Interaction of U.S. and Chinese Law: The panelists will discuss special considerations that may apply when companies seeking to comply with both U.S. and Chinese law encounter conflicting requirements.
