R.Hunter – I put together a quick spreadsheet to show you where we are as of 9:30AM today. We have about 72 hours until 2011 ends – and with it, our most important FEC deadline. Unfortunately, we're running a little short:

Here's why raising the remaining $209,000 is so important: 2012 is only 72 hours away. If we begin election year with a weak showing, that will be the story. Pundits will go on their cable shows and talk about how Democrats don't have the resources to stop Republicans from gaining 4 seats and taking complete control of Congress. That's a recipe for killing our momentum, and we simply can't afford it. The Iowa caucuses are only 7 days away so the scrutiny will be intense.
