Dear Members,

Happy New Year and thank you to all of you that were able to make it to
our Member Holiday gathering this past December. It was a pleasure
getting to know you and I hope that I have the opportunity to meet those
of you that were unable to visit.

Most of you had the opportunity to meet Ms. Michelle Caron - our Spa
Director for the past three months. Unfortunately, this past weekend, we
had to end the relationship between her and the hotel. We always want to
be sure that every employee we accept to stay with our team is the right
fit for our Members, Guests and Staff alike and sadly we both realized
this was not the case. Though short lived, we wish Michelle the best in
her future endeavors.

Over the next few weeks we have arranged for the support of strong
individuals in addition to our current employees, all well versed in Spa
but also Four Seasons culture. You may have seen or met Mrs. Verena
Lasvigne-Fox, (currently Senior Spa Director in Philadelphia) and Mrs.
Arianne Schelling (currently Spa Manager from Orlando) on a few occasions
as they assisted us in the past. These two ladies will be here as early
as tomorrow for Verena and on January 19th for Arianne until we identify
the next Spa Director.

We value the relationships we have with our Members, Guests and Staff and
want to be sure that we find the person who fully embraces the Four
Seasons culture and characteristics that we proudly commit to every day.
Thank you for your patience throughout this transition and I personally
remain at your disposal should you have any questions or concerns.
