This morning I reiterated Hunter’s request that you deposit the check immediately into the Skaneateles bank account. You indicated that you will assess your rights to refuse to deposit the check and revert to Hunter. Please do so as soon as possible.

I also indicated that you should provide the purported list of expenses.

Again, I fail to see any basis to refuse to deposit the check. If you disagree please indicate where in the operating agreement it so states.
