This picture was taken 5 years ago today…Hallie do you remember that day? 104 degrees and we were participating in a Habitat for Humanity project building that house for a veteran who was the victim of domestic violence. Beau laid the kitchen floor and put up the siding on the front and the porch of the house. I will never forget him saying to me “Patty- what a great day! Maybe next time we can find a day that is hotter than today!” You guys were headed to the State Fair afterwards.
What a great man.
