You don't want to miss this. MSGA - MAPGA 2019 Rules of Golf Seminar As of January 1st, 2019, the most significant changes to The Rules of Golf since 1984 are now in effect! The Maryland State Golf Association and the Mid Atlantic PGA Section are working together to offer educational seminars open to the public to cover the major changes for 2019. We are excited to announce two Rules Seminars as we start the new year. Each seminar will begin at 10:00AM and run until around 1:00PM. A lunch buffet will be provided following the Rules Seminar. The cost is $40 per person which includes lunch. All MAPGA Professionals will receive MSR credit for attending.
