Wanted to quickly run over the year end accounting with you. Basic question revolved around whether to ask Jay for his $20K in checks so we can deposit them this week. NCR's wire won't be coming this week but should be coming in next week. We don't need it or Jay's checks honestly. Right now there is a slight surplus so I'd rather kick any additional money to 2012 and close out the books now. I should have enough to get you any money you need in the immediate - if not, I can figure out an interim plan - which would still be my preference as I'd rather have money come in the first week in January than now. I know this might sound complicated so give me a call if you have any questions. If I don't hear from you by the end of the day I'll go ahead and close out the books with the money we have now. If you have a strong objection tomorrow morning we can still change things - but I want to let the accountant know tonight what our final numbers are going to be so he can figure out taxes, etc.
