Happy New Year.

Just some quick reminders:


· All materials (SFS transcript, college counselor/teacher recommendation letters, SFS Profile) have been submitted to the institutions that you listed on your log in sheet.

o It is incredibly important that if an institution to which you applied granted you access to a on line portal - that you check the portal periodically to make sure that your application is complete. Please note that application deadlines of January 1, 10 and 15 may not be up to date given the volume received. Admission Offices were closed over the break as well and need two weeks to “catch up.” It is your responsibility to periodically check your on line portal.


· Good luck on your exams. Your 1st semester grades will automatically be submitted to the institutions to which you have applied and/or been admitted to early. 1st semester grades will not be sent until they are certified and there is no need to check in with CCO to see if they have been sent. This process happens automatically.


· If you emailed your college counselor over winter break with an addition and/or change to your college list, you must stop in the CCO to physically make the addition/ change in writing on your log in sheet by the end of tomorrow, Tuesday, January 8, 2019.
