I am sending this from my Contego email for more privacy.

I just finished reading Neil's email and two things stuck out:
First, their target of raising $250ML in 2012 (and not sure their reasoning for this not being a first fund).
Second, a minimum raise to form the GP. Maybe I misunderstood the comment but does this mean we see no documentation prior to meeting the minimum AUM?

I have a number of calls tomorrow starting at 10:30am (might not be available to find out the answers prior to our call) so maybe these points can be discussed by one of you on the call.
