Mike and Eric –


Thank you for coordinating our meeting today with Stephen Gardner. Matt
Kelly on Stephen’s team also joined us. We feel that meeting was
productive. We shared our background and prior discussions with Amtrak. We
provided an overview of 4tell and engaged in a high level value proposition
discussion. Stephen saw value in iPlan and in how it could help Amtrak. He
stated that we need to have a discussion/meeting with DJ Stadtler (CFO) as
he would make the ultimate buying decision. Stephen offered to champion to
DJ and to help facilitate a meeting. We are to follow up with him next week
to determine timing of next steps after he has had an opportunity to speak
with DJ.
