Terry and I both enjoyed sitting down for lunch with you on Friday. Thanks
for taking the time. Please find attached the 90 North management
presentation and a brief white paper describing our team, investment
strategy, and process.


Upon further consideration and discussion with our partners, we believe that
there a number of areas in which 90 North could work productively with
Rosemont Seneca, including around capital raising from Taft-Hartley and
other pension plans. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss more
concretely how we could work together. I would suggest a follow up call in
which we could walk you through our management presentation and give
additional color on why we believe that this vehicle presents a unique
