FYI, Scott is issuing the tickets today for the trip in August. However, he wanted to caution you that the Air France tickets are non-refundable. And if you had to cancel and wanted to re-use the tickets you have to make the change PRIOR to the date of the current tickets and you have to use the tickets on something of equal or greater value. So, if you need to cancel, you'll have to decide how you want to use the tickets before your current date of departure. Once that passes, you lose the tickets. Scott is checking to see if any of the other options we looked at are less restrictive (they are all non-refundable to save money) but wanted to make sure you understood. I may come back to you later today with an option of doing another flight with more flexible options in the event you have to change your tickets.

Can one of you please just give me some feedback before Scott issues the tickets? Want to make sure you are still OK with this given the above. (Not sure what choice you have to be honest if you don't want to spend thousands more for refundable or partially refundable.)
