To follow up to our conversation at your suite this morning, as a temporary
safety precaution, we will have the suite rekeyed to give only your
employees access to the suite. ( with the exception of myself and German) We
are actively investigating our security cameras, janitorial personnel and
retrieving Kastle Security System reports to try to indentify anyone who may
have entered the suite during this date and time. We will let you know of
any progress as soon as it is obtained.

Bill,


Per our conversation, please find attached a letter requesting the ability
to install additional security in our suite. In addition to the Kastle
System, I was wondering if it would be possible to install a handle lever
like the suite (Boalt – Suite #715) next to us has. My understanding is that
this essentially locks the door automatically every time it is shut.


Regarding the stolen checks, they were made out to a “Lionel Gary” and all
three were written on 6/18/2010 – the same day we came into the office and
one of my colleagues computer was gone. Let me know if you need any
additional information in order to run the traps on your end.


Also per our conversation and as stated in the letter, we request that no
cleaning crew or other building employees have access to our suite until
additional security is put in place. I can talk to Herman (or you) about
what we should do with our trash at the end of the day.
