I hope this is helpful. This is a Demolition/redevelopment project we are bidding to the University of Delaware ($16.6M value) and their subsidiary 1743 Holdings, LLC. We are taking down (decontaminating and demolishing) a 3.6M sq ft Chrysler assembly plant located in Newark, DE. The University is then going to redevelop the property, which is adjacent to their main campus – we believe they are going to build a medical center on the property. The decision makers who viewed the WRS presentation were: University of Delaware / 1743 Holdings - JJ Davis, Vic Costa, Dave Levandoski, Ken Grablewski, George Walueff Richards Layton & Finger (Outside Counsel) - Bob Whetzel CRA (Consultant/Engineer) - Bob Schloesser and Greg Carli Hunter Biden could emphasize our commitment to using Delaware labor (i.e., 55% local hires), that we will create two intern positions in support of this work through the University, and that we will perform the work safely and with utmost care to the community and surrounding environment.
