Hunter continues to make the same amount of funds available to Kathleen as he always has on a monthly basis and continues to pay directly all of the parties’ recurring expenses, including all of Kathleen’s living expenses. What am I missing? If this arrangement met Kathleen’s needs since the parties separated, what is causing problems now? Please know that these are not rhetorical questions, I truly need to know what the problem is so I can address it substantively.

Does that work for him? Otherwise, we will need to find a time when Kathleen has sufficient notice he is coming, and agrees to the timing.

Even if you are not ready to present a comprehensive proposal, we need an immediate agreement about what is coming in and when, and it needs to be sufficient to meet the family’s needs while we continue to talk about a final resolution. Unfortunately, the situation is quite bad, and we are at the point that if it is not resolved immediately we will have no choice but to file and ask for the earliest possible hearing on temporary support.
