Still want to go pick stuff up tomorrow? And if so, want me to be there? Tell me a time. Begin forwarded message: From: "Rebekah J.H. Sullivan" <RSullivan@ksfmlaw.com<mailto:RSullivan@ksfmlaw.com>> Date: November 21, 2016 at 2:32:04 PM EST To: SMancinelli <smancinelli@ainbanklaw.com<mailto:smancinelli@ainbanklaw.com>> Subject: RE: Biden Dear Sarah, I just tried to call you but you were away from your desk. Would you give me a call when you have a moment. Tuesday afternoon for Hunter to pick up his things, with you present, is fine with Kathleen. She will have the garage door open for him. He can remove all his items from the garage and then close the garage door and leave out the small door in the back of the garage. All his things are packed and in the garage so there is no need for him to go into the house, and we ask that he not do so. Please confirm that this works for you both, and let me know what time Tuesday afternoon. On the finances, my understanding is different than yours. Hunter had been transferring between $15k - $17k on average per month. The last few months has been much less than that, and sporadic without notice. We continue to think our settlement proposal was reasonable, but at the very least Hunter needs to be transferring $15k-$17k per month as a minimum while we continue to discuss. And please understand that December is always a particularly expensive month. Kathleen did report that Hunter transferred $3,750 today, but again that is much less than previously. Let’s talk soon, Rebekah J.H. From: SMancinelli [mailto:SMancinelli@ainbanklaw.com] Sent: Sunday, November 20, 2016 2:35 PM To: Rebekah J.H. Sullivan Subject: RE: Biden Hi Rebekah- Thanks for this update. With respect to the pick-up of Hunter’s personal items, is there an agreeable time Tuesday after 12 p.m.? I will likely accompany Hunter in an effort to increase everyone’s comfort with the situation. Let me know if that timing is good for Kathleen. Regarding Kathleen’s financial support, I continue to understand that there has been no change to the financial status quo. Hunter continues to make the same amount of funds available to Kathleen as he always has on a monthly basis and continues to pay directly all of the parties’ recurring expenses, including all of Kathleen’s living expenses. What am I missing? If this arrangement met Kathleen’s needs since the parties separated, what is causing problems now? Please know that these are not rhetorical questions, I truly need to know what the problem is so I can address it substantively. We are working on a long-term settlement proposal but it seems we need to address these more pressing issues first. Sarah From: Rebekah J.H. Sullivan [mailto:RSullivan@ksfmlaw.com] Sent: Friday, November 18, 2016 12:20 PM To: SMancinelli Subject: Biden Sarah, Most of what we need to talk about is not appropriate for email, but I want to raise two things that are very urgent in the Biden matter 1. Kathleen has packed up Hunter’s personal items (clothes, etc.) and needs him to pick them up. Today while the housekeeper is there and before the kids get home from school would be best. Does that work for him? Otherwise, we will need to find a time when Kathleen has sufficient notice he is coming, and agrees to the timing. 2. Kathleen needs immediate financial support. The delay is not acceptable. Even if you are not ready to present a comprehensive proposal, we need an immediate agreement about what is coming in and when, and it needs to be sufficient to meet the family’s needs while we continue to talk about a final resolution. Unfortunately, the situation is quite bad, and we are at the point that if it is not resolved immediately we will have no choice but to file and ask for the earliest possible hearing on temporary support. I understand you are in mediation today, but I ask that you get me a response at least on these two issues as soon as possible. Sincerely, Rebekah J.H.
