Hey Guys,


Find attached some internal background material in advance of our meeting
with Ybrant tomorrow. This should give you a quick download on where we
stand and the agenda for tomorrow’s meeting. Given the 11:30am start time,
we may have to divide and conquer between the Ybrant strategy discussion and
our weekly Transatlantic call. I think the best time for Hunter to pop in
would be just before lunch (around noon), but that’s up to you guys.
