In addition, you will be asked to select three new Secret Questions and Answers - to be used to validate your identity in the event you forget or need to update your Online Services access codes again.</li> </ol> <p>For security reasons, the link provided in step 1 is only valid for 21 days, and will expire on July 02, 2010.
