consideration. I have gathered what information I can from the Internet and
other sources to provide you profiles of some of the proposed candidates.
Please feel free to add whatever information you feel is appropriate. As

To answer Jonathan¹s question about Sherry Wilson, she works with Dr. Moody
at his practice in Birmingham and was his right-hand during his tenure as
President of the practice. Dr. Moody is no longer the President and Sherry
concentrates on charitable activities and business development for the
practice.

I have two gentlemen I would suggest at this time (I am working on more):

Mitchell Schear, President of Vornado Realty Trust / Charles E. Smith
Companies, LP

John Kane, President and CEO of Kane Company (John¹s wife Mary Kane was
recently selected by Ehrlich as his running mate for GOP gov¹s office. This
may rule him out???)

Both are young (early to mid-fifties) and extremely well connected within
the DC area. Mr. Schear, given the high profile real estate of the company,
is connected more nationally than Mr. Kane is my assumption. You can find
their bios on the web.

I know John and have only met Schear one or two times through tenants that
have occupied a Vornado property.

Dear Members of the Nominating Committee,

Tom Quinn has suggested Michael Asplin, Executive Director of Coastal
Urology. I have asked Tom to get the committee a CV and bio for vetting
purposes. I have not heard from any other Board members regarding
suggestions but I have spoken with our representatives at Ortho Biotech
Centocor Johnson&Johnson and our rep there is going to forward a bio and CV
from a local lawyer here in the DC area that may be a strong candidate. I
hope to hear from both Tom and Ellen at Ortho in the very near future.
