Subject: Biden

Sarah,

Most of what we need to talk about is not appropriate for email, but I want to raise two things that are very urgent in the Biden matter

1. Kathleen has packed up Hunter’s personal items (clothes, etc.) and needs him to pick them up. Today while the housekeeper is there and before the kids get home from school would be best. Does that work for him? Otherwise, we will need to find a time when Kathleen has sufficient notice he is coming, and agrees to the timing.
2. Kathleen needs immediate financial support. The delay is not acceptable. Even if you are not ready to present a comprehensive proposal, we need an immediate agreement about what is coming in and when, and it needs to be sufficient to meet the family’s needs while we continue to talk about a final resolution. Unfortunately, the situation is quite bad, and we are at the point that if it is not resolved immediately we will have no choice but to file and ask for the earliest possible hearing on temporary support.

I understand you are in mediation today, but I ask that you get me a response at least on these two issues as soon as possible.

Sincerely,

Rebekah J.H. Sullivan
