Talked to LoPresti and I may have misunderstood his earlier call. He thinks that you gave him the entire day on the 29th and he wanted one on one time, plus wants to introduce you to potential clients (which I assume won't go anywhere). The one I already told him he could schedule (thinking that was all he needed on the 29th) is at 1:30pm and apparently these guys are coming from out of town and attending the Beau event. He also asked Devon to come to the 1:30 and when he heard I'd be there said I could come (but don't need to if it is overkill).

You decide what you want to do - but we need to get back to LoPresti tomorrow as he was about to schedule you for the entire day until I told him to hold off until we confirmed. He's fine - not upset, so we have tomorrow to figure it out.

FYI, Wade is in town and I think we'll meet with him. Devon and I may be able to handle. Then you need to decide on Boies and RED. Also, thought offering Doug Band time could be useful. Finally, we are taking an 11am train back if you want to use the morning of the 30th. Not a lot of time, I know, but it is an option to do breakfast with Marc. We also could take the 10am train back if you don't want to rush.
