Thanks for our conversation late last week relative to "evaluating" our
current partnership state, endeavors to-date and how best to move
forward. As you know, we have greatly enjoyed & appreciated the
relationship we have developed with you, Hunter & Mike over the last
year (as we commenced with our partnership in June 2009). With our
initial focus being on the "Stimulus" activity @ the state level and the
associated lack of real movement by many of the states, we will need to
conclude our current "retainer-based relationship" we have with Rosemont
Seneca (as you and I discussed last week). Again, we have greatly
appreciated & enjoyed the last 12-months, working side-by-side with the
Rosemont Seneca team.


Additionally, as we discussed, we would certainly welcome your thoughts
around other "partner models" that you think would create a "win-win"
relationship between us ... focusing on "business development"
activities / opportunities and allowing Rosemont Seneca to be
compensated for your success is certainly something we would like to
entertain ... let me know when we can discuss, as your thoughts would
certainly be welcomed.
