Thanks for getting back to me. Regarding the State Department, Phase One has been in contact with the following people for the implementation of StateCraft:

The update regarding Amtrak is Phase One has a contract with to pilot Salesforce. See Below:

Our Amtrak contract is to build a pilot (mobile) solution in Salesforce that will help the yard master manage the yard more efficiently. The goal is to reduce the time from last person off the train to first person on the train. The issue has been that Chicago Operations has limited insight on a real time or semi-real time metrics, so they can not respond as quickly as they would like to issues. They also don’t get an immediate response when various Amtrak employees are done with their jobs (e.g., mechanics, customer service reps, etc.) so as to maximize time and/or to get jobs started earlier than originally planned. This will provide transparency to those operations.

If this pilot goes well, they hope to take it forward into other stations, potentially as a product.

We are working directly with Chicago’s Union Station, but also with Amtrak IT who is supporting the project.

Update on Asator. Asator team had its first technical call with INL today. Next steps are to set up Feasibility Study for the testing and Strategic Plan. On a high level the call went every well the technical team.
