Scott- Good to talk to you today. Attached are some materials on two companies we work with on the energy efficiency space. The first, 4Tell, is something that would be very interesting someone at your level to be aware of. Their iPlan software is designed for C-Level executives to get a dashboard view of everything that is going on campus wide as far as facilities and energy consumption is concerned and is actually a great tool for institutions to use even before undertaking a full scale energy audit. 4Tell currently is working with University of Maine, the District of Columbia, Glaxo Smith Kline and RBS, so they have a good track record. We'll defer to you on who might be best for you them to talk to - but it is something that may interest you. We are attaching a background on 4Tell and a case study on U. of Maine. The second, SmartSynch, installs Smart Meters at University buildings. I know you said you already have them, but it might still be interesting for your facilities team to talk to them. They also have a product called a GridRouter which allows institutions to cut across different metering technologies and doesn't lock you or utilities into one vendor. Let us know what your thoughts are on how best to proceed or if you need more info. Best, Eric Eric D.
