Just talked to Abe.

1) Still excited.
2) Had great meetings in DE. Met "every conceivable cabinet agency head." Governor popped his head in. Got positive feedback from a number of them. Abe is committed to DE. (FYI, Abe won't move from Miami, says he'll have an office in Miami but everything else and all the manufacturing will be in DE.)
3) Met yesterday with Norm Dicks - also great meeting. (Devon, he the Chair of House Defense Approps - replaced Murtha)
4) Mentioned his call with Devon and he why it makes no sense for us.
5) Promises to get us equity. Says he would have given us equity for Haiti alone, DE is even more of a reason.
6) Possible Equity plays would be Board of Advisors role or ability to buy stock at a pre-IPO price. Promised it will happen. Says he's thinking of ways and will come back to us.
7) Will be in DC next week and wants to come by.
