Everyone,

I was wondering whether we might be able to carve out some time on July 21st to meet in NYC on the real estate strategy. I have put together a financial model to share with you that looks at different scenarios on raised capital and exits. As we look to put in place an institutional strategy for the company, I think this will help Rosemont Seneca better understand how it can participate in profit sharing and upside.

Also, that evening Katie and I are having an engagement and "moving" party. We would love to be able to celebrate with all of you that night as well.
