Below is a brief update from our guys at Wintec…let me know on DHS. Also,

1- We are going to be tested at Southwestern University in Baton Rouge
Monday morning under the order of the DEQ. They love our product and want
to see it deployed.

2- We have sent a quote to Alvin Paul Loupe of the Loupe Group for one
million pounds of product.

3- We are undergoing tests at the Institute in San Antonio that should
be finished by Thursday of this week

4- We are entering a strategic partnership with L.O.A.C on Tuesday.
They made ballistic panels for bullet and bomb blast. This is what is going
into Freedom Tower

5- We are going to be entering into a contract with a Mexican Armor
company for the rights to place our material on Mexican Cars

6- We have purchased materials for our New Shield Program and will be
in full production in this month. We have over 4,000 units committed for
under our donor program at 2100 per unit.
