Gabriel: I am booked with site visits on Tuesday. We could meet Wednesday (I'll be at the Caribe Hotel, then in Leogane and Jacmel on the 13th), but Wed could be a day of commemoration; also, I suppose, possible protests.

Thus, while I would be very pleased to meet with Manuel on Wednesday (my Exec VP, Amb Ries, will be with me, as well), I don't want to inconvenience him. In other words, I am happy to arrange to meet on Wednesday, but not if it complicates his plans.

We do have several investment opportunities that could be attractive to the Estrella Group in the works. I suspect I will have more detail about them when I return, and can brief you the week of the 17th, or I could brief Mr. Estrella on the 12th. Let me know what you/he prefer.
