Its been a little while since we were last together. I am a long time friend of Beau - and he asked me to support Jim Mowrer for Congress - and I did and got to spend some time with you and him in your DC offices a while back. I met Beau b/c i one of my best friends from college was Rich Sutton and through him I was in Beach houses in Rehobeth with some great folks from Wilmo - Rick James, Brint Morrow, and your brother.

Beau was incredibly helpful to me in getting my career started. He called up Mike Feldman when he was at the WH working for VPOTUS Gore and got me on the road doing advance. My career took off from there. I will always be grateful to him for his support and friendship.

I managed to stay in touch with Beau through the years and visited him in DE while he was AG - we worked on some tech issues together to empower his team to better investigate and convict child predators. An area where as you know he had great success.

I miss your brother alot and think about him and your family quite a bit. I had an idea to honor Beau by dedicating a traunch funds within CJS appropriations for him to fight against Internet Crimes against children. I would like to tell you more about this idea - as i would not want to move forward on something like this without the family's blessing. Would love to come by and catch up and explain more about this idea if you had the time.

Best
