Mr. Biden:

I happily work for Joe McHugh and, along with Joe, am coordinating Amtrak's 40th Anniversary Celebration. He is on the West Coast this week and asked that I please follow-up with you on your emails regarding the video currently under production.

I was elated to learn that the Vice President would be glad to do an interview with us. We are operating under a short time window though. Our video producer will be back in Washington the week of January 24. Right now his only commitment is with Senator Lautenberg on January 26 at 1 pm. We are totally flexible about location. The video will be available for sale if that has any bearing on location.

Please let us know how we can best contact the appropriate people (person) on the communications staff so that we can begin the arrangements.
