So we need Kathleen to approve your statement since it was not included with the agreement. Unclear how much time that will take.

Regardless, why do you want them released today? I had thought there was some wisdom in doing it at the same time that the divorce if finalized so that it is the conclusory statement on all of the proceedings. Thoughts? Also happy to discuss if you want to give me a call.

Talked to Kate. She spoke with Roxanne again yesterday and said Roxanne at the moment has no expectation that Hunter will cooperate with the story (and felt similarly about Kathleen). She said she was talking to her editors to see if they wanted her to go forward but that she thought that would want her to. Roxanne promised to keep Kate in the loop on how it progresses. At any rate, nothing is getting done this week and we can decide next week if we want to release the press statements to her.
