I hope you’re well. I just wanted to confirm that you received my voice message yesterday regarding 854 Fifth Avenue. I was informed that the first available showing will not be until Tuesday at 3:30pm. Alternatively they can show Wednesday at 2pm, 3pm, 4pm or Thursday at 3pm or 4pm. Please let us know if you’d like to arrange a showing for next week during any of these times.

I will share the commission I receive in the sale of an apartment to your wealthy Chinese client, who lives currently in Shanghai. So you're aware, commissions are paid to Nest Seekers and I get 70% of that amount (remaining 30% goes to Nest Seekers), so Caroline would receive 50% of the 70%.
