FYI, I talked to Kate just now and she said she is happy to help with the release of the statements. She did say that if asked for her advice she would hold them for next Friday and release after the hearing. Her reasoning was that she hasn’t received any calls from reporters after last night’s articles and releasing statements today would just trigger another round of articles. We should anticipate some articles again next Friday since reporters are aware of the hearing date now. She doesn’t feel super strongly but this was her advice. Eric D.
