Also this week, we hosted a breakfast featuring Madeleine Albright for House Democratic freshmen with NDI. And next week, I have been invited to address Democratic senators on this issue.

Yet as we build support in Congress, there are some very concerning rumors churning around unilateral reforms as well as budget preparation at State and USAID. We're monitoring them closely and planning some interventions when possible.
