Update to our Privacy Statement and Terms of Use

Your privacy is very important to us. We're always working to protect it, and now we've changed our Terms of Use and Privacy Statement to make that work easier to understand. Here are a couple of the changes you'll find.

We've combined our Privacy Statement with our parent company Intuit's. Now all products in the Intuit family use the same Privacy Statement. The Statement provides comprehensive and clear details on what data Mint collects, uses and discloses, and it highlights additional ways we're protecting you.

We've updated our terms and error resolution policy for the bill payment services. This policy will help you if you have a billing error.
