This is very good news. Hunter will sign as soon as possible. I am working with him on the logistics of signing and notarizing the originals. In the interim, to demonstrate his agreement, I am having him print Kathleen's signed copy, sign, and scan back as a PDF. We will then get you the fully endorsed originals ASAP.

Further, to confirm his agreement and compliance with the agreement, he will be depositing the $15,000 in her account hopefully today. Please confirm when that arrives and acknowledge it is in compliance with the language of the agreement requiring that payment within 3 days of execution.

After the agreement is fully endorsed, I look forward to working with you to finalize the divorce.

Kathleen agreed to the draft sent to her by Hunter today, with a small typo change: In paragraph 16(i) the reference was changed from subparagraph (f), to subparagraph (g).

Attached is the final pdf signed by Kathleen. We handwrote "AGREED TO LEAVE BLANK" for Hunter's statement, so the document did not look incomplete there. Please have Hunter initial the handwriting, as Kathleen did.

I am sending by messenger four signed originals. Once Hunter has also signed, please return two to us.
