Dear Member,

I am writing to advise you that we will have a Contractors present in our
pool level on Monday April 17th from about 11:30am - 1:30pm. They will
have ladders and possibly other equipment and will work on the sky light
in that area. The time window was chosen as the pool is typically not used
by many during this time.

Please accept my apologies in advance shall this work inconvenience you on
that day.
