All copied: We will be holding a 4 hour workshop at HNTB's Empire State Building offices within the next 30 days. Dates will be provided today and we ask that you clear your calendar's to attend and be part of this strategic planning session. We would like to have present our New York GR firms and New Jersey GR firm as well as the National GR firm representative from DC.

Todd Schultz will coordinate with Roger and others to be certain we have good attendance and participation. Due to the sensitive nature of the workshop we will not open a conference line bridge.

Intended Outcomes:
* Clear communications and messaging around the Gateway Program and HNTB.
* Focused message on our highest priorities and how to achieve them.
* Identification of meetings and activities related to GR we will be advancing.
* Discussion on competition and Gateway Detailed components.
* Discovery on funding and phasing.
* Discovery on champion and ownership and decision making within the soon to be formed Gateway Development Corporation.
* Shared status and communications with the team.
* Well established schedule of monthly activities and updates and check in calls.

The agenda is as follows:
* Welcome and Introductions
* Gateway Program High Level Overview
* Gateway Program updates / what do we know now
* Discussion on each of our intended outcomes (listed above) with action plans in place
* Leave behind informational packets discussion
* Key stakeholders and Ultimate decision makers discussion
* Summary and Close
The calendar invites be follow shortly, once the dates are selected. We will offer 3 dates to choose from.
Todd will take the lead and will be supported by Laura.
