Jonathan,

Back in 2012 I signed an NDA with IMAX and we spent a bit of time looking at it, this was through Harvest Seven Stars. If you want me
to dig all this stuff out and go through again and brief accordingly I can do that. There were a range of issues at that time.

RE TWE – this is principally Australian. I had a quick look at Directors do not know them personally but I am sure through contacts can
get to them. Please advise.

Regards

Dear Jonathan,

Morgan Stanley recommends two potential deals to me. One is IMAX. They said that IMAX CEO Richard Gelfond would like to invite strategic investors
from China to help upgrade its market value. Actually there are several big Chinese players are really interested in this deal. Like Wanda Group, it expressed its high interests to buy majority shares, or buy-out even better. So,I would like to ask whether
you could help get connect with IMAX board. Jonathan may fly to the States to use his great skill to talk with the board.

The second deal is TWE buy-out. TWE owns Penfold and hundred brands of wines and liquids. COFCO and Wanda all shows interest. Same as the above, I
would like to ask whether you could help get connect with TWE's board.

Please advise!

Thanks and Best Regards!

Andy
