FYI, Agility had their quarterly board meeting this morning. On the agenda was review of the proposal and vote on approving the Côte d'Ivoire investment (acquisition of land and building of facilities). Good news, just got word from the CEO it was approved. Now need to satisfy some of the condition precedents attached to investment (i.e. Confirmation of access road to be built by government, etc), but once satisfied they can start the investment.
