ACTION REQUIRED: New Ordering Deadlines for Online Commuter Benefits!

April is here and so is an important change for Online Commuter Benefits! Remember, the new deadline for submitting online orders and new elections is now the 20th calendar day of the month. This means that orders for the June benefit must be placed by April 20th. And, don't forget, it's never too late to enroll! Elections for Online Commuter Benefits can be made year-round so if you use mass transit, vanpools or pay for parking at work, you can save money by enrolling in this valuable benefit.

What does this mean for you?

* To facilitate this change, you'll have a slightly shortened ordering cycle for the June benefit month only. Orders to be used in June must be placed between March 25th and April 20th.

* Starting with the July benefit month, you'll place orders and new elections between the 21st calendar day of the month through the 20th calendar day of the following month (e.g., April 21st - May 20th for July benefits, May 21st - June 20th for August benefits, etc.). See the graphic below for a basic timeline.

* If you have recurring orders, you do not need to take any action to receive your usual order. However, if you'd like to make changes to your recurring order, any changes must be made by the new deadline.

* With this change, deductions can be consistently taken on a bi-weekly basis, making it easier for you to manage your accounts and your budget.

* You'll continue to receive your commuter benefits order(s) as normal.
