>> We recently signed a business development agreement with a company called MedTAG. MedTAG is a partner with the TAG Group (makers of the TAG Heuer watches, TAG Aviation, an owner of the McLaren Group, etc. (i.e., they are a very reputable company with a good pedigree).
>>
>> MedTAG produces medical simulation systems that allow medical students and doctors to train for a wide variety of medical scenarios on the world’s most advance humanoid simulation systems. The system employs robotics, virtual reality, imagine and motion capture to give students the most realistic simulation available short of practicing on a real human. Their key product is the Training Hospital of the Future (THF) which is for all intents and purposes a “simulated hospital”.

>> Hunter and I spoke to the CEO and think that Kazakstan may be an ideal candidate for the next THF. We thought it might make sense for you to talk to the appropriate Kazaks while you are over there and assess their interest. The ideal ask would be for the right person to meet in KZ with the MedTAG team and hear their pitch. MedTAG is willing to travel to KZ for the meeting. Alternatively, if someone from KZ were interested they could travel to Rome to MedTAG HQ and see the simulation in person.
>>
>> Our agreement with MedTAG is that we would receive 15% of revenue from any sale we introduce them to. Annual revenues for these projects can be in the millions of dollars so 15% could be significant revenue for all of us if we are able to help them.
>>
>> I am attaching some material on MedTAG if you want to give it to someone in KZ. Hunter or I can discuss this with you further if you have questions.
