Subject: final version for hunter

Hunter’s release of c shares contingent on deal happening. could you explain and ideally get hunter to sign this. The sooner the better obviously, though even an email confirm would help if lone rock insists on seeing something before they sign off on transaction… obviously it’s a conditional payment if the deal happens with holdback and sliding scale. If deal doesn’t happen, all back in same boat.

Please apologize to him from me for such late notice, but hopefully you’ve previewed with him a bit.
