Place Your June Online Commuter Benefits Orders by Tomorrow, April 20th!

The new deadline for Online Commuter Benefits orders is tomorrow! Effective for the June benefit month, the deadline for placing orders or making new elections is now the 20th calendar day of the month. That means all June orders must be placed by tomorrow, April 20th. And, don't forget, it's never too late to enroll! Elections for Online Commuter Benefits can be made year-round so if you use mass transit or vanpools and/or you pay for parking at work or your transit location, you can save money by enrolling in this valuable benefit.

What does this change mean for you?

* There was a shortened ordering cycle for the June benefit month only. June orders must be placed by tomorrow, April 20th.

* Starting with the July benefit month, you'll place orders and new elections between the 21st calendar day of the month through the 20th calendar day of the following month (e.g., April 21st - May 20th for July benefits, May 21st - June 20th for August benefits, etc.).

* If you have recurring orders, you do not need to take any action to receive your usual order. However, if you'd like to make changes to your recurring order, any changes must be made by the new deadline.

* With this change, deductions can be consistently taken on a bi-weekly basis, making it easier for you to manage your accounts and your budget.

* You'll continue to receive your commuter benefits order(s) as normal.

Remember to attend one of the weekly sessions to get useful information and answers to your questions about Online Commuter Benefits so you can maximize the value of this important benefit!
