Hunt and Eric:

We understand that you are not able to find all the records of wire transfers supporting the Burisma payments. Because this is a discrete issue of inquiry unrelated to the Burnham activities, we think it is beneficial to have a limited common interest agreement with RSB so we can contact it's counsel and try to get whatever documents RSB has relating to the wire payments.

Please contact Nick or Mike as soon as possible if this is a concern.

Eric, another way to get the records may be to contact hunter's bank and see if they can run a report of incoming wires. It would be a discrete report and obviate the need for us to produce bank statements, which is something we are tying to avoid.
