Here is a letter of Interest from the Tianjin Command Petro products Co
folks we met last week in your office.
Here are their parameters outline below:

They would like to buy LNG beginning in February of 2015 60K tons per
month for the first 3 months with a ramp up to 100K to 200K per months
after that if all goes well. TCPP would be willing to go out 18 months on a
contract if the first 3 months works well.

The discharging ports are Tianjin and Tanshan Terminal Hebei Province

A Letter of Credit would be established per each shipment payment made by
T/T with quantity and quality inspected at the discharge port by CIQ or
SGS. The L/C would be renewed for each shipment

The LNG quality must meet China National Standard Class A

Let's discuss when you have a moment as I would like to know if you folks
want to run this opportunity by Burisma and or KAZ Gas there appears to be
excess capacity on the Gas lines out of KAZ so that is one way to go. As I
mentioned Norway has shipped LNG to Tianjin recently so perhaps Burisma has
a way of getting this size shipment out from one of their ports.
